A step-by-step guide on how to create the best Ceramics out there!
STEP:
1. Create master mold from sculpted design
2. Create multiples of the master mold
3. Mix and pump the ceramic slip
5. Transport greenware for drying racks
6. Clean and prepare for bisque firing
7. Unload fired bisque from the kiln and inspect
8. Ceramic products undergo certain techniques such as dipping, glaze spray, decal proccess and hand painting depending on what the customer wants.
9. Bisque are glazed and ready for the final kiln fire
10. Ceramic Items are then taken out of the kiln and inspected.
11. Items are then packed and shipped to Union Standard
12. A final inspection is held and the ceramics are shipped to their destination
