Do you facilitate US customs?
Yes, we manage shipment to your door. Once received into the United States, the Products are shipped FOB from our warehouse.

Can you make unfinished ceramics?
Yes, we can produce porcelain, bisque and earthenware.
Are there ever overages or shortages?
Due to the nature of ceramic production, there can be an overage or shortage of up to 1% of the total order.
Do you charge for samples?
Yes, we do charge a fee for samples. The samples process is complex and time consuming. It involves professional ceramic designers and mold makers. You will be notified of the samples cost during the quoting stage.

What other materials can be used in Projects?
Other than traditional ceramics we offer MDF, wood and metal for your custom piece.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, it is generally 1,000 pieces, but can be as low as 500 depending on the piece.

China, Italy, India, Mexico and USA
What is the lead time for custom ceramics?
Custom ceramics can take up to 3-5 months to produce depending on several factors.
How much warehouse space can you provide for order fulfillment?
We have 100,000 square feet of warehouse space to handle orders.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we do offer expedited shipping options. We will calculate a shipping quote based on the order details, and will proceed only with the customer's approval. Customer assumes any additional shipping costs for expedited shipping.
