PROCESS

Union Standard Ceramics provides services for large and small customers. 

 

We assist promotional firms, specialty ad companies, food and commodities producers, sales groups, department stores, artists, renovation companies and many other companies looking to promote their products or services in the unique and long lasting style of ceramics.

From earthenware to stoneware and from China to Italy, USC is experienced in bringing the best of household and promotional ceramics to the United States. The ceramic production process can seem complicated, but USC is here to work with you each step of the way.

 

HOW IT WORKS

1.  Request a Quote

When you submit a quote request, you can be assured that your request will be handled in a      professional manner and given the utmost attention from all USC representatives involved. Your request will be reviewed for details to make sure that we have all the information necessary to give you a complete quote.

4.  Send Purchase Order, receive production quality sample

Once we receive your approval, purchase order and 50% down payment, USC will issue a formal sample request and submit that sample to you. This sample will be designed to your specifications and have the  finished look and feel you desire.

2.  Relax While We Review and find the best price

Once reviewed and verified, your request will be submitted for quoting and comments from the USC Ceramics specialists. This normally takes place within 24 hrs of request receipt.

3.  Official Quote is sent to you

When we hear back from our ceramic specialists and engineers, the quote that best fits your request is selected and submitted to you. Any general sample requests will be handled at this time to show product quality.

5.  Send signed sample approval, Item enters production

Upon your signed sample approval, USC will begin production of the product. As production is completed the product will be shipped to the specified destination. The remaining 50% will be due at this time.

6.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

At USC we do not view our work complete until you are satisfied. We will continue to work for you  through container shipment and product receipt. Site visitation will be arranged for orders requiring and justifying this type of service. We will also work with you to resolve any product or shipment related issues.
