Union Standard Ceramics (USC) provides quality custom ceramics production services at competitive prices. From quotation through production to product receipt, USC provides the services that you require at a value that you can afford with the care that you deserve.
We are positioned as a leader in importation and customization within the ceramics industry. From dolomite to stoneware and from China to Italy, USC is experienced in bringing the best of household and promotional ceramics to the United States and into your hands.
Order Processing
All products are custom made, per customer specifics, signed off by customer prior to production. We also have a minimum order generally around 1,000 pieces. Union Standard works for the customer and helps them throughout the production process every step of the way. We understand that price is sometimes an issue. In order in stay competitive a company must produce and ship its products in the most cost-effective manner possible. For this reason, USC utilizes a network of outstanding manufacturers in countries from Italy to China to get the most competitive pricing possible.
Sales are Final
Since all orders are custom, sales are final, except in the case of defective or a significant difference from approved sample provided to customer. We do all we can to ensure that the products are how the customer wants them to be. If products are damaged during the shipping process, we will work with you and the shipping company to rectify the situation.
All Products are Pre-approved
Once we receive your approval and purchase order, USC will issue a formal sample request and submit that sample to you. This sample will be designed to your specifications and have the finished look and feel you desire. This process ensures that your products will look and feel excatly how you want them to be. If the sample needs changes, contact us and we will modify the sample for you. Upon your signed sample approval Union Standard will begin production of the product.
Ceramic Inspection Available upon Request
Upon request, ceramic inspection is available through the Certification and Accreditation Administration (CNCA). The CNCA is an organization under the General Admission of Quality Supervision, inspection and Quarantine. Established in 2001, the institution is responsible for the unified management, administration and universal organization of certification and accreditation. From the CNCA we can provide you with a clay inspection certificate to guarantee our clay is exemplary.

Warranty
We do not warranty the use of the ceramics and we are not liable for claims arising out of product misuse and improper installation
